About
About Happy Mind Society.
Happy Mind Society offers psychology-informed wellbeing education in plain language, built around real life rather than clinical jargon.
What HMS is here for
Happy Mind Society was founded by Alana Robinson and Kirsty Hawker, who met at university while studying psychology and counselling. Their BSc studies—and their shared frustration with the quality of online wellbeing support—became the starting point for HMS.
Happy Mind Society is built for people who want thoughtful support with anxiety, relationships, boundaries, burnout, attachment, self-worth, and everyday emotional steadiness.
The aim is not to rush people into fixing themselves. It is to make good-quality education, reflection, and practical tools easier to access when life feels noisy.
How the support works
The site brings together courses, workbooks, free starting points, and a private learner library. Some resources are short and practical. Others go deeper and are designed to be worked through slowly.
Everything is written to feel clear, grounded, and emotionally respectful rather than clinical, shaming, or full of unnecessary jargon.
