Happy Mind Society provides educational wellbeing content. It does not provide emergency care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical advice, or a replacement for professional support.

Paid and free products may require an account. You are responsible for using accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details secure.

Digital access is for personal use unless a separate written licence or group agreement has been arranged.

Courses, workbooks, downloads, audio, video, and written materials remain the intellectual property of Happy Mind Society or the relevant creator.

Please do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or upload paid content elsewhere.

Prices are normally shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payments and fulfilment may be handled by authorised services including Amazon, Google Play, Stripe, or another provider named at checkout. Their billing and marketplace terms also apply.

Before paying for digital content, you will be asked to confirm that you want access to begin immediately and understand how this affects the usual cancellation period. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including where content is faulty or misdescribed.

Digital courses and downloads are made available after successful checkout. The Returns and Refunds page explains how to ask for help, cancel where a cancellation right remains available, or report faulty or misdescribed content.

Printed workbooks may be fulfilled by Amazon or another print-on-demand partner. Delivery, returns, and damaged-item processes are normally handled under that marketplace's terms.

Contact Happy Mind Society if you need help identifying the correct support route, but never email full payment-card details.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or use HMS materials in a way that harms others or misrepresents their educational scope.

Where a feature allows saved reflections or messages, do not use it to store unlawful content or confidential information about another person without permission.

We take reasonable care when creating educational resources, but individual experiences vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMS is not responsible for losses caused by relying on educational material as a substitute for appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update the website, products, and these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
