Returns
Returns and refunds.
A practical page for digital access, physical product returns, and refund guidance.
Digital courses and downloads
If you purchase digital content and have not asked for access or supply to begin, tell us promptly if you want to cancel. Where you explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge that the usual cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, that cancellation right may no longer be available.
Your legal rights remain in place if digital content is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact us with the product name, purchase email, order reference, and a short description of the problem so we can investigate.
Access and technical problems
If a paid course does not appear in your library, first confirm that you are signed in with the email used at checkout. If access is still missing, contact us and include the purchase email and Stripe receipt or order reference.
Do not send passwords, password-reset links, full payment-card numbers, or private journal content by email.
Printed products
Printed workbooks bought through Amazon or another marketplace normally follow that seller's return, replacement, delivery, and refund process. Use the order page for that purchase first, because the marketplace holds the payment and delivery record.
If you cannot identify the correct route, contact us with the product title and marketplace order reference and we will help you find it.
Requesting a refund or correction
Email info@happymindsociety.com from the address used for the purchase. Include the product, purchase date, order reference, and what has gone wrong. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the order.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route. Banks and payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear after it has been issued.
